The 13-week cash forecast

Cash week by week, from your confirmed balance to the end of the third month, built by fixed rules from your books. No AI.

How it's built

  • Money in: unpaid invoices on each customer's usual paying day, and new sales at the recent pace.
  • Money out: salaries from the latest month on their pay day, supplier bills on their due dates, loan repayments, and each tax on its own day.
  • With a gateway connected: money collected but not yet settled lands on the day it reaches the bank.
  • With Keka connected: net pay on its pay day, and PF and ESI on the 15th.

Three questions it answers

  1. Where does cash go?

The balance at each week's end, the big payments labelled, the lowest point marked and explained, and a line at one month of spending.

  2. Why does it end there?

A bridge from today's cash through each kind of money in and out to the end. Pick a step to read how its number is worked out.

  3. What happens each week?

One bar per week for the net change. Open a week to see each payment in it.
