Customers and reminders
Who owes you, how late it is, how much of your sales each customer is, and whether they pay faster or slower than they used to.
Read the screen
- The “how late” bar splits everything owed by lateness. Pick a part to see only the customers in it.
- Sort by what's owed, how late, or share of sales.
- Open a customer to see each unpaid invoice and how their paying speed has moved. “Slower” is always said in words.
Remind a late customer
- Open the customer and choose Remind
You see the last reminder anyone on your team sent them.
- Check the draft
Its tone follows how late they are, and you can change it. The text is yours to edit.
- Send it yourself
Open WhatsApp or email, or copy it. Cassence never sends it for you; it only records that a reminder went.
